Tally is a new type of form builder that works like a doc. It makes form building easy and offers tons of powerful features for free. Unlimited forms. Unlimited submissions. Collect payments.
To get started, first sign up for Tally.
To create a form select Create form on the top right corner.
The default form will look like the above, one can start a form from scratch by pressing enter or use existing templates by clicking on Or start with a template.
Above is a blank form, press the plus icon ( + ) to get started to add elements to one’s form.
Tally has a number of input blocks, for now, select Questions.
The Question blocks will look like the above, choose Question + Short answer then Insert.
Type the question and add more fields by pressing the plus icon ( + ). To add a placeholder, select the input field then type the placeholder one prefers.
Edit it to one’s liking.
Publish it by selecting Publish.
Congratulations 🎉. The form has been published here. One can also embed it into one’s site.
